As a creator, 

I use the composition of dreams, poetry, and community art as a practice of divination, remedy making, 

and weaving of pathways out of oppression.

I want to share with you a series of healing art compositions

focused on sound, movement, and light,

that I specifically made for those of us who hold any degree of sexual trauma:

We are of the earth, 

the trauma in our bodies and/or our bloodlines are directly connected to ecological devastation.

As we return to wholeness, 

may infinite compassion cover all those suffering violence, colonization, enslavement, and terror.
